My Services

1:1 Coaching

Through my 1:1 coaching, we’ll work closely together to achieve your unique fat loss, muscle building, and overall health goals. We’ll dive into your personal challenges and ambitions so I can design a custom plan tailored just for you, including workouts, weekly routines, macros, and habit-building strategies. Since I personally coach each client, I only take on a limited number of women each month to ensure I provide the best support. Most clients choose to work with me for at least 6 months, with many continuing for up to a year. We’ll start with an initial consultation to explore your goals, see if we’re a good match, and cover all the details for moving forward!

My Mission as Your Coach...

I help women, including postpartum moms and those recovering from c-sections, rebuild a positive relationship with food and their bodies, especially after overcoming body image struggles, disordered eating and past traumas that led to unhealthy habits. Through my personalized coaching, I guide women away from crash diets and quick fixes, teaching them how to properly nourish themselves while reaching their fat loss and muscle-building goals with strength training and enjoyable movement. Since every body is unique, I tailor my approach to each individual, while using proven methods that have worked for many others. Together, we’ll create a sustainable fitness and wellness routine that frees you from restrictive diets and helps you find a lifestyle you truly love—one that lasts!

Custom Workout Plan

A workout plan built around your goals and routine, fitting perfectly into your life! Whether it’s 3 days a week, taking Fridays off, or sticking to home workouts—I'll make sure it works for YOU!

Meal Logging + Tracking

I'll create daily nutrition goals for you, and you’ll be able to track everything you eat. You can even snap pictures of your meals for me to review! I’ll also provide a meal plan filled with recipe ideas that align with your goals.

Weekly Check-Ins

I’ll be your accountability partner every step of the way. With weekly check-ins, we’ll track your progress through photos, measurements, and body weight updates. After you submit your digital check-in, I’ll provide you with video feedback that includes tips, support, and analysis to keep you on track and motivated!

Chat Access

Enjoy personal messaging with me, Coach Janae, and full access to the app. I’m here to answer your questions, provide feedback on form videos, and ensure you feel fully supported! My most successful clients are those who stay connected and keep me updated throughout their journey.

I am a certified personal trainer of 3 years through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) with over 10 years of experience in the fitness world. With my expertise in training clients in person and online, as well as my knowledge in nutrition, my goal is to help you gain confidence and become a healthier version of yourself.
